The farmhouse

In a traditional small cottage with white knots on a farm in the village of Snörum, you can find peace regardless of the season. In the village, there are four farms. Newly built guesthouse ‘Ludwig’ in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a peninsula close to the sea where nature is allowed to take centre stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse with a view of the water and nature as your closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and birdsong and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming spots, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Herbron in ons gezellig huisje, ingericht met oog voor warme kleuren en zachte materialen. Lilla Stugan ligt midden in de bossen en de weien en heeft een eigen badplaats, sauna en bootje. Het is deel van een oude Zweedse boerderij op een domein van 10 hectare gelegen tussen de meren Rummelsrum en Hyttegöl. Maak kennis met de rijke fauna en flora direct vanop het terras of tijdens lange wandelingen in de omgeving. Geniet na een duik in het meer van een barbecue op het sfeervol verlichte terras.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

Cabin on a sea plot in Västervik's archipelago

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Our two guest cottages are beautifully located in the nature of Småland. Only three km to cozy and family friendly swimming in the bay and only five minutes walk through the forest to a small lake, perfectly suitable for a refreshing morning swim. Close to a variety of sights, hikes, flea markets, garden cafés and small cute towns. Or why not just relax to birdsong from the generous porch. Nice berry and mushroom forests right next to the cottage. Grocery store six kilometers.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna float | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is on the forest edge of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Free parking next to the stuga. A family with 2 children (7 and 12) lives in the main house but is generally at school and work during the day. Loftahammar is a nice tourist destination with various activities, including boat and bicycle rentals. Max. 2 guests.

Enjoy the tranquility and magnificent nature of our modern house with magical sea views, located in the heart of Sankt Anna Skärgård. Here, every season is something extra! The large balconies offer sunshine from morning to night, and in the spacious glazed conservatory you can end the day with a fantastic view of the sparkling water. The surroundings offer beautiful swimming areas, restaurants and a variety of wonderful nature experiences.

We rent our cozy summer cottage in the Tjust archipelago. Beautiful location on a large waterfront property. Below the cottage is a small sandy beach - ideal for children - as well as a jetty.
