Flytebrygge is located just below the cabin. Bicycle trail right outside the cabin in the summer, ski slope(occasionally) in the winter. Great area for mountain hikes, and hunting. One of Høylandet's finest beaches, Svortstranda is about 800 meters further away, popular for the children. Free access to shared sauna which is also close to the cabin. Canoe is included in rent

Here you will live well with undisturbed views of fjord, mountains and city. There is a direct access to the water a few meters down the house. Here is a nature reserve known for bustling bird life, including resident eagles. Only 7 minutes from the city center and 2 minutes walk to grocery store, mail and bus. Vi hyr ut stugan, byggd 2017 på 40m2 som våra barn/barnbarn nyttjar då de kommer ”hem”. Läget är perfekt för skidturer/vandring i skog/till fjälls, skoterturer med fiske på Uman (ca 700 m bort) eller ta en underbar tur efter skoterleden till Tärnasjön. Sängarna med kuddar/täcken är INTE bäddade. Ta med eget eller så finns sänglinne/handdukar att låna i stugan. Lägg det ni använt på bänk i hallen. Ni STÄDAR själva efter er, tack! Kom hit och ”varva ner” - alla årstider har sin tjusning
