Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful cottage of 55m² and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace available. Close to good fishing, berry picking and outdoor areas. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The tenant has access to a paddle board and rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

This magnificent villa was hand-carved in 2020 from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian logs. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by an outdoor hot tub for 6 people, a large tub, and a campfire pit. No pets, no smoking. Linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved country road. There are neighbors on the property. The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Even though a small, stylish sauna room is part of our inhabited yard, you'll find peace, nature, privacy, and lovely scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing on a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
