Die Wohnung ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Der Heurigenort Grinzing ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso viele sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Die Bus-Station Linie 38A liegt fast vor der Haustüre. Von hier erreichst Du die U-Bahn Linie U4 an der Station Heiligenstadt in Richtung Innenstadt. Mit der Strassenbahn 37 über die Station Hohe Warte gelangst Du ebenso in die Innenstadt.

Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.
