From here you can reach the subway line U4 at Station Heiligenstadt in the direction of downtown. Tram 37 takes you to the city centre via the Hohe Warte station.

Treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of Grinzing’s traditional wine taverns. Take a stroll through the Vienna woods.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

2-room apartment in architect villa in the middle of Grinzing. A patio door leads from the living room directly into the 160 m2 garden. 5 min.walk to the tram (38), which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes, as well as to the bus station to the local mountains of Vienna, and to the underground (U4). The traffic-calmed dead-end street leads to the village Grinzing. The market, the boutiques and l Viennese coffee houses are within walking distance and invite you to stroll around.

In the beautiful Grinzing- Vienna's most noble outer district, in a villa with a view of the Vienna mountains( Kahlenberg and Cobenzl), is the apartment with a living area of 140 m2 ,surrounded by 900 m2 garden. Only 5 minutes walk away is the streetcar to the center of the Vienna city. Only 20 minutes are between the village character of the suburbs and the elegant city flair. The location of "Chez Christine", situated in a dead end street, is characterized by absolute tranquility.

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden incl. covered parking space for your bikes offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city center is quickly and easily accessible. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. You can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes by car.

A quiet flat in a historic house from the early eighteen hundreds with a private patio in one of Vienna’s most beautiful districts. The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
