Villa holiday rentals in Heidenheim

We had a great time in Seefeld! The house is very spacious and fully equipped, as Daniel lives in the accommodation itself with family. The kids especially enjoyed the great garden with large trampoline. The location is great - you have the choice to drive to the lakes depending on the weather, or to the city of Munich with its generous offer of activities. As an electric car driver, it should also be noted that a public charging station is available about 100 m away. All in all, we were very satisfied!

We felt very comfortable in the "villa". It's not super easy to find and the description should be optimized a little. The villagers: But inside, they already know and Maxi also welcomed us super nicely. We would have had an infinite amount of conversation with permaculture and self-sufficient living! The cottage is quaint and cozy, well equipped and the view of the beautiful Jagst Valley is simply fantastic. A highlight is definitely the pizza oven, as well as the swimming spot about a 20-minute walk on the Jagst, which we both used and enjoyed despite (or because of) autumnal temperatures. Beautiful bright accommodation over 3 floors with several seating areas outside (garden, terrace, balcony) in a quiet location. Bathroom, guest toilet and 2nd shower (in the sauna area). Good accessibility of public transport (bus 3 min. / Strass 5 minutes) Then about 12 minutes to the city centre. We felt comfortable! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Easy check-in. The view from the cottage is magical, the surroundings invite you to hike. The house was equipped with everything you could need. We will be back :)

S-a-g-e-n-h-a-f-t! Without exaggeration, I never expected anything so beautiful. How brand new, everything fits together. No clipped crockery and pots as usual. No, everything very nice, new and from bathroom to kitchen in the same matching style. And everything was as clean as if it were new. The landlords very nice, accommodating, not a bit intrusive, helpful. You can tell they're having fun. I know this all sounds too good. But check it out for yourself. And amazed I'm not exaggerating. 5 star apartment? Modesty expressed. 10 star luxury apartment. We loved it 🤩

The property is well located. A lot of space in the house. Perfect for a longer stay

My room had a cool touch. Minimalist design paired with special features such as duck collection in the bathroom, giant bed, 2 pillows for myself, shower curtain with roses.... nice family, will be happy to come back!

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.

The house and hosts are highly recommended. The architecture and interior design are appealing. The residential area is pleasantly quiet.

Stay was perfect like last year, everything as described again, communication with Heidi and Frank was also great and exemplary. It was especially noticeable by the settlement of our nights, as some of our group have gone earlier and it is difficult to enter this on Airbnb, and the resulting very quick refund of a part. Also very much liked that this year the swimming pool was available

We were there with 10 girls for a getaway - just a fantastic place to escape it all. We could relax either in the hot tub or in the sauna, in the evening at the large table outside while eating or just in front of the fireplace. Great equipped kitchen, bathrooms and the rooms were so lovingly furnished, you felt right at home. Glad to come back!

We had three lovely days at the lake house. Listing was as shown in the photos and description. Very quiet area, great for relaxing. Hot tub and make it a little more exclusive. Amenities of the kitchen were great, everything you need.
