We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place. The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

In the new apartment, everyone will find their time out and relaxation. The popular Franconian Lake District, the Altmühl Valley and Franconian Switzerland are in the surrounding area. These invite you to hike, climb and relax and a city stroll to Nuremberg is also possible. An open beautiful barbecue area in the garden ensures cozy evenings. Büchenbach has lots of nature, forests, meadows, a nice village life and some playgrounds, especially for families on vacation.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads into the granny flat invites you to linger. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Assembly workers or students are also welcome.

Our lovingly designed apartment Goldstück is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Four adults or a family will find wonderful space here. Companies like to accommodate their employees with us, but families also come to us as holiday guests and feel comfortable.
