Art House Vintage

Art House Vintage - a special and unusual place to stay! Set in the beautiful scenery of South Skye. Choose to stay in our vintage 1930s style truck! It is fully equipped with double bed/day time sofa, dining table and chairs, sink, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The truck has stunning views across to the mainland hills of Knoydart. Vistas of the Isle of Rum, Sleat peninsula and the mainland mountains can also be seen from the private garden with firepit/barbecue area.

Cnoc Ard selfcatering cottage

CnocArd is a cosy and characterful self catering cottage situatied in the south of Skye (Sleat) in the township of Drumfearn. Looking out towards the kinloch hills and Ben Sgritheall. Behind the cottage a short walk you will find beautiful views of Loch Eishort also home to our family run rope grown mussel farm and working creel caught Langoustine fishing boat. Cnocard is a short five minute drive to the local town where you will find a supermarket, petrol station and chemist.

Gael

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

"Taigh na Bata" - Boat House

Shore-side house with a sandy beach just across a very quiet lane. Stunning view of Broadford Bay & Beinn na Caillich. Excellent base location for touring Skye & the surrounding area. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...

The Little Hemp Cabin

The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

The Sea Captain's Croft is a traditional Hebridean croft , situated right on the shore near Broadford on the Isle of Skye. It offers simple but very comfortable accommodation is a simply stunning location, and would be ideal for those looking to experience breathtakingly beautiful scenery in a peaceful and calm setting. Our property is 10 minutes from the Isle of Skye Bridge, and 5 minutes by car from the shops and restaurants of Broadford.

Hill View Pod , Ballachulish

Welcome to our compact and cosy pod situated in the centre of Ballachulish village, close to the River Laroch, with views of Loch Leven, Beinn Bhann and Sgorr Dhearg, an ideal base for hill-walking . It is ideally located for visiting the historic slate quarry, golf course, grocery store and bar/restaurant which are just a short walk away. It is one mile from Glencoe Village with Fort William nearby.

Torrin Shepherd’s Hut, Isle of Skye.

A lovely little Shepherd's Hut situated in the small village of Torrin on the Isle of Skye. Enjoy breathtaking views with you morning coffee or BBQ dinner. The beach is located a short walk from your hut where you will find an array of wildlife including the mighty Golden & Sea Eagle's, otter's and Seal's. Beach, Sea, Mountains and Wildlife what more could you ask for.

The Little Skye Bothy

We have replaced our Little Skye Bothy in 2022. Same view but a little more space and you still have your own piece of tranquility with outstanding views to the loch and the mountains. There will be more photos to follow soon. The pod has kitchen facilities, 2 ring hob and microwave (no oven). There is a shower room, breakfast bar and stools, TV and wifi is available.
