Cosy, character cottage. Open-plan ground floor with living, dining, kitchen, and sunny work space. Two sets of folding doors that lead out to a pretty cottage garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one with double bed) upstairs, bathroom with bath & shower. Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden
The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Black Swan Holiday Cottage
Originally built in 1623, this former public house is wonderfully situated between the heart of town and the banks of the River Wye. Come and stay with us and enjoy our relaxing rooms that offer a flat screen TV and free WiFi. When you arrive you will be directed to your own private parking area. After a days activities, relax with a book on the comfy sofas in the large sitting/dining room. If you fancy cooking, the property has full cooking facilities and a large dining table.

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.
