Holiday houses in Haxey

We had a lovely 3 night stay. What really made it for us was Laura and ash’s kindness and warmth, the location and the beautiful outside space including the great hot tub. It’s such a peaceful location with country/woodland walks from the front door but villages/amenities within easy reach. There are loads of lovely places to visit within 30 mins drive. The chalet is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s not brand new but was warm, comfy and clean with everything in good working order. We all slept well. The shower is not the most powerful but we found it fine. I think it’s really good value for what is on offer.

Amazing host! We have a lovely bank holiday weekend away with the family. Ropa left us everything we needed, from a travel cot to a variety of games to keep us occupied for our long weekend away. We would definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to return!

We spent Christmas at Rodica's place and she made sure that it felt just like home. She managed to decorate for us and the place was spotless. Communication was great and whenever we had an issue or query she was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We look forward to another stay soon.

Home from home. Only stayed for one night following a family gathering but would make a great staycation for longer. Everything was great, in fact the bed was comfier than our own! Would recommend.

We spent an enjoyable long weekend in the fishing lodge which had plenty of space and everything we needed. Although we were not fishing ourselves, it was interesting watching the fishing match over the Easter weekend and the lakes were lovely. Wendy was available and responsive on the one occasion we needed to ask anything. All in all, a lovely weekend - thanks to both of you !

We had amazing birthday's weekend. Place is very quiet and perfect for a walks. Just 3 minutes walk from the cabin is a swimming pool, which you can book in advance. A cabin was very clean , had all the necessary facilities. A hot tub and a grill are a great thing ! Highly recommend! Thank you Katie 😊

Wow what a place, we had a truly lovely stay! Lucy is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly & informative! Lucy even left us a welcome basket! Filled with essentials plus prosecco, biscuits & a homemade lemon cake - Lucy went above and beyond! It is such a beautiful, private, welcoming and relaxing annex! Perfect for a break from busy day to day life! Fab for the puppies too, with a private secure outdoor garden and amazing location with great walks and trips. We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

The bungalow is lovely and has everything needed. Messaged the host letting her know we would be late in checking in and she sent us some easy instructions to get into the bungalow.
