Absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The cabin was very comfy and we loved the Viking theme throughout. It was so nice to unplug from phones and electronics and enjoy the surrounding area. We will definitely recommend that family and friends stay here.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. The view and surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful! The sunrises were stunning. The cabin itself was cozy and delightful with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This place was stunning, cute and so peaceful, set out in the woods. I could just hear the birds in the morning and when it rained it was the best sound of relaxation. I stayed here while visiting family, working remotely some. I would seat outside during the day and work via my laptop in nature, it was amazing. Chris always responded with my questions and was very accommodating. I was only to stay 2 nights but ended staying the remainder of the week, it was the best place for me. It was close by to family. Thank you for sharing your place!! Will definitely be back on next visit if it is available.

My family and I stayed here to find a home for ourselves in surrounding areas and it was a perfect place to make us feel like we were already at home. It was peaceful, had great views and helpful friendly neighbors! Can’t forget about Beau to make the experience feel complete! I loved waking up to see him sitting outside waiting to play with us. I would love to come back!

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

I adore this place. It is perfect for the serenity that I need after working all day. Loads of beautiful scenery & wildlife too!!! The place is pristine & very comfy. I so appreciate you opening up this gorgeous space!!!

This is a great place to stay with extended family. We have stayed here twice - both times for funerals. All of the family has been able to stay here together which has been such a blessing since we are coming in from all over the country. The house wasn't quite as clean the second time but our concerns were heard and I'm sure they will make the necessary improvements before the next quests come. Alex was very responsive and we would love to come back for a fun trip next time and maybe in the summer. We have only been here in the fall and winter so I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. I would highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I stayed here for a few days, we had such a great time. Lee provided heated blankets for the nighttime as it got a bit chilly. I loved waking up to the birds singing and the sun shining through the windows. There is so much nature in this environment, with birds in the morning and howling at night it's the perfect experience for those who like camping and outdoor experiences. There is so much to explore on this property, a great place to unplug from all the screens and just be in the present moment. There are so many little things that make this place so magical! Lee is a great host, and I plan on visiting Sweets Retreat again.
