Our home is located in Hilo (Waiakea Uka) higher elevation cooler area. This agriculture neighborhood consists of 3 plus acre lots, farm animals and lots of pasture land. Our guest will enjoy a peaceful country like retreat stay. The studio is comfortable, spacious and bright. Full bathroom shower/toilet, full kitchen/dishes (see pictures). The studio has two sliding glass doors; main entrance overlooks the court yard/Lanai, other door opens to a balcony over looking three acres of pasture.

Awesome 2 room apartment less than 400 feet from the Pacific Ocean on the Big Island of Hawaii. The space is much larger than the photos show. A quiet little neighborhood. Turtles, tidepools and great walking along the island rim! Close to Hilo, Snorkeling ,Volcano National Park, hiking , beautiful sunrises and so relaxing. This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.
