We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kristen’s condo! I personally think it’s even nicer in person than what they’re able to depict in the pictures. The area was gorgeous, peaceful, and comfy. The club property that it’s in also has so much to it; we took advantage of the gym, got some gelato from one of the restaurants, and took a walk on the huge property. It was a little chilly in the apartment when we went (but not terribly so / winter conditions) and so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get the bedroom specifically comfortable temp wise for us. There’s a lot of blankets to use that solved the situation for us though. The bed was also very comfy! But everything else was great!

Ned and Kristen’s lovely home was the perfect place for our spring ski trip. Warm, cozy and immaculate! The beds were super comfortable and slept hard after a day of skiing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a meal in. Beautiful aspens surround the house, providing serene views from every window. Andres' cabin was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! It was exactly as described—if not more—and the most well-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided, making our vacation effortless and enjoyable. We were primarily here to snowboard at Purgatory, and the location was perfect for that. The home was also very family-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. We loved reading the story of how this place came to be—it added such a special touch. And of course, meeting the friendly neighbor dog, Hunter, was a highlight! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!
