The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. There's also a nice balcony to enjoy the river view and the amazing sunsets over downtown New Bern.

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Welcome! Booking open for May 2025 and beyond! Comfortable, quiet, 1 BR/1 BA, apartment in New Bern. This is a one story walk up above detached garage. In addition to the queen bed in bedroom we have a queen air mattress on frame and twin air mattress also available. Five miles from downtown, 1.5 miles off Highway 70, 3 miles to the hospital, & 45 min. to the beach. Grocery & shops just outside the neighborhood. Perfect for tourists, travel medical staff, business travelers, & families.

Ellen's Place

Relax in this cozy studio apartment nestled in the River Bend community. Located within a mile of the River Bend Country Club you have access to golf, a marina, kayak launch, community park, local restaurants and more. Only five miles from historic downtown New Bern, and Tryon Palace, you can enjoy shopping in town or take a 45 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

The Rose Cottage

Charming, modern , second floor garage apartment, private space located 1 mile from downtown New Bern, this rental is on the property of a National Historic Site house. Guests have use of bicycle and outdoor pool in season at your own risk. Pool is for Rose Cottage guests only. Continental breakfast is included for stays up to 7 days. No cleaning fee.
