The attention of barbara was more than extraordinary, it was attentive to all the details and even one night that I did not stay allowed me to leave my things in the apartment and that was more excellent since when I returned I did not have to open suitcases again, she helped me with the laundry service although she does not advertise it I look for who could do it that is a plus and facilitates your stay, I definitely recommend it for all those who visit Havana, I am invited to return and stay with her again. Nice experience, fascinated with the apartment, everything very clean and well equipped, the view incredible, zero blackouts in that area, the building very safe, elevator and private parking inside the building, the attention of Karla and her father Javier was excellent, very kind and helpful, we will definitely return, I rate it 11 out of 10.

This apartment was perfect—clean, safe, and the private balcony delivered incredible sunset views over Havana. We hitchhiked into the city (common in Cuba), and it cost $10–$15 USD to get to Centro and Habana Vieja. Armando, the property manager, was kind, responsive, and helped us prepare for the infrastructure challenges in Cuba. Electricity outages happen daily for 3–4 hours and don’t follow a strict schedule. Bring power banks (ideally with DC outlets for the WiFi). Restaurants can’t operate well during outages, bring lots of snacks like energy bars, and a water filter such as a LifeStraw. Bottled water is hard to find—Armando sells small bottles for $1. Petty theft is rising due to economic hardship, so stay alert, especially at night. We were three women and had no issues, but stayed aware and made local friends who looked out for us. Despite these challenges, Havana is vibrant, resilient, and welcoming. Tourism is vital now—don’t skip it. This is the place to stay.

Rubén is very friendly. He was able to orient us very well in the city, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need as at home, with an ocean view from all angles of the apartment the terrace a dream even with a hammock.

Jey was extremely friendly and helpful in preparation for our trip. She gave us many great recommendations and general advice for our stay. She met us in person and gave us a great introduction to her place and the city. The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to pretty much all of the major sights and popular restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view from the balcony. We very much enjoyed our stay and I would strongly recommend Jey's place to anyone coming to Havana!

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. Our stay at Carlos' place was great. The space is fantastic and very well decorated. Janio (Carlos' concierge) was extremely attentive and helpful. Having a phone with a local sim card makes all the difference! Staying at this place gives you more than just a place to sleep. Price is on the high end of the range compared with other places and could perhaps be lowered a bit, but if your budget allows, I would still recommend it! I give this place a 10/10!

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. I leave with my heart full of meeting such wonderful people, Esperanza made us feel more than at home, I really appreciate every attention.

Ivis' place in Havana Central is in a great location, allowing easy walking access to many of the city's strategic sites. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the center, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and his family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

Our stay was amazing. Everyone went above and beyond for our family and were quick to respond to every message and request whether on line or in person. Everything and everyone were so great and helpful. We all loved the breakfast offered in the house. Odess helped coordinate a day trip to Varadero for us and taxis whenever we needed. The girls who work in the house are equally as incredible. We had the most perfect time and will definitely be returning soon.

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Great stay. Everything as advertised. No elevator so understand that you're climbing 5 flights if stairs. Being that Great. Beer bar down stairs. The guy that works there will help you with your bags. Tossed him$5. He also went and got water for me. So if you need something from the store, he'll take you or go get it for you. The view is great and the hot tub is nice on a Havana night.

Unbeatable stay. It was a real pleasure to be staying here. Not only for the apartment and its exceptional location, but also for the attention received from Tania and Giuseppe. The accommodation has all amenities it describes, stable wifi, hot water, air conditioning and a nice terrace. Giuseppe not only accommodated me kindly and gave me good recommendations of the neighborhood, but he took the time to show me the city as a local guide. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences.

Ana and Rafael were always attentive and helped me with questions and information about my trip. Ana also helped me with the taxi to the airport on my departure. The place is very nice and with plenty of space, definitely when I return I will stay with them. Also add that the area is safe and very close to many important points of the city on foot.

Idenis's house is simply perfect! Spacious, with 3 suites, high ceilings, cool, and air conditioning in all rooms. It's pure comfort. The neighbors are friendly and nice. The place is quiet and close to everything. Patrícia, the apartment's co-host, is wonderful! She served us a great breakfast every day and also chatted with me and my friends for hours, always friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone and one day I want to go back!

This is the best place that I have stayed in Havana. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and modern. I think it was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The sheets were incredibly soft. The balcony was a beautiful spot to sit to enjoy the sights and sounds of Vedado. Estela, the owner, was amazing to get to know. She is so kind and thoughtful and it is clear that she took great care to make her place hospitable for her guests. I will rent this place every time I'm in Havana. What a find!
