Simply outstanding. Well kept place, felt like a family member as soon as I arrived. Nice place to relax smoke a cigarette outside and feel the nice breeze. Had the pleasure of meeting the parents who live on the premises but never bothered the entire time. they we're available for any assistance. Lovely place just as described and pictured. will definitely stay again my next trip.

We all would recommend this apt to friends. The staff on site, especially Jaimie, were fabulous. It's not a typical airbnb at all -we had complete privacy in the apt and had the amazing rooftop at all hours, and kind staff on the roof at all times as a resources. Anything we needed at all -- changing money, arranging a walking tour, arranging a car tour, arranging airport transfers, changing those same reservations, setting times for breakfast, changing the times, --- you cannot believe how wonderful Jaime and the staff are. The apt is as described, every room had and fans, bathrooms, plenty of space. Beach towels were provided. Expect a lively neighborhood. Also, the hosts Christian responded super quickly in advance to any and all questions we asked before arrival. We felt safe, spoiled, and so lucky to have chosen this place. Excellent value-- walked everywhere.

Beautiful house, clean, bright and in a great location, close to the Malecon and all the most interesting places in the city. Easy to get around on foot. Tania was always available and kind. Highly recommended for long-term use.

"Absolutely amazing! I had an exceptional stay at this apartment which met all expectations. The apartment is extremely clean, spacious and well-equipped. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, which was an important point for me. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, which allowed me to know exactly what to expect. I would particularly like to thank my host for his warm welcome and valuable advice. I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return to this apartment if I return to the area. Small but cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities. Everything clean and tidy. The building is beautiful and very clean. The only thing is the 2nd bathroom, that the shower is very small, it is rather a 1/2 bath. Everything else was excellent, equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. It has a washing machine and dryer The best was Alicia's attentions, very kind and always available for any need.
