Monthly Rentals in Havana

The apartment was fantastic: spacious, clean, and very bright, with a modern design. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning cools quickly, and the bathroom is always spotless. The host responded instantly and made me feel right at home. Plus, it’s in a safe neighborhood, just steps from the main tourist attractions and Havana’s Malecón. Manuel’s recommendations on authentic spots and their historical context added an extra dimension to my visit. I would return without hesitation and recommend it 100%.

Fabian is a great host. I help us with the currency exchange rate, he gave us orientation, some tourist tips of Havana,... above all we felt at home and as a family. Pictures accurately depict the accommodation. Hosts are honest and responsive and kindly organised taxi transfers for us from/to the airport. There is a small cafe and there are staff in the building daily which is useful. Everyone speaks great English which is not the norm in Cuba. Neighbourhood is nice with some good restaurants to eat within walking distance. It's a taxi ride or an hour walk from Old Havana, but glad we stayed here instead as it's more chill and you don't get hassled (you get hassled a lot in Old Havana and other touristy areas).
