This 4 star rated apartment occupies almost the whole of the ground floor of building A in the prestigious Pistes du Soleil building in the Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It has the benefit of a large south facing terrace protected by well established hedge that looks out across to the slopes. The slopes are located accross from the apt with the Chatelet and Floria chairlifts a mere 200m away. It has under-floor heating and extra convector heaters in every room. The accommodation of 100m², comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and last one with a set of bunks plus a 1 single bed. There are 2 oversized shower rooms and 1 bathroom that has a washing machine and dryer as well as 3 toilets. There is a large open plan room with sitting room, dining room and kitchen all beautifully equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas and quality furniture. The dining table extends to seat up to 16 people and there is ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has a full oven, hobs, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and a microwave oven together with a selection of other appliances. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided in laundry area tucked away behind a cupboard. There is a TV/DVD which receives British programmes, a CD player and broadband Internet access (wifi). There is garden furniture on the terrace and you will be able to eat outside even during the winter . The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)! These are to make your holidays that much more relaxing. Cots (no linen) and high chairs are available on request. The change-over day is Sunday. Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Vous serez conquis par cet appartement ensoleillé de 60 m², orné de mobilier de qualité. Les jolies pièces offriront confort et contentement aux petits et aux grands. Le balcon, avec vue dégagée, soleil couchant, est très agréable. Le parking, dont une place (non numérotée) est réservée à l'appartement, est appréciable aussi. Bien situé : à 5 min à pieds du centre-ville, à deux pas d'une délicieuse, proche de la gare, près de la voie verte et de la verdure ! Bon séjour à vous, chez nous !

Our Studio of 25sqm is in a great location, walking distance to Ferney Poterie bus stop (60,61 and 66) with direct access to the Geneva airport (10min.), Geneva center (Cornavin, 30min), the ILO, WHO and UN (20min). 10 min drive to CERN, the lake and the Versoix forest. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (2 pers.), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). A common garden is also available.
