Erholungsort für Naturliebhaber mitten im Biospährenreservat Südschwarzwald liegt Schweigmatt. Über dem Wolkenmeer der Rheinebene steht unser schönes Waldhaus. Starte deine Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür. Hier auf 800 Meter Höhe ist es kühler als im Tal. Fahre mit der S-Bahn (8 min mit dem Auto .) in 30min. Nach Basel, Frankreich ist 45 Minuten entfernt, Freiburg eine Stunde. Feldberg 45 Minuten. Schwimmbad Schweigmatt ist ein Vereinsbad. Man kann für 20 Euro für 4 mal erwerben.

Our compact, tastefully furnished apartment can accommodate one person and combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On approx. 31 m² you will find a living room, dining area, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen in one room. The apartment is ideally located in the old town, within walking distance of historic sights and restaurants. Enjoy the beauty of nature and easily reach cities such as Freiburg, Basel and Zurich. The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Alte Färberei Entire place

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.

Located in the district of Fahrnau, the property offers many opportunities for excursions to the Black Forest, the Rhine, Switzerland or France in the Vosges. The bus stop for the ride to Feldberg or the S-Bahn station for a ride to Lörrach and Basel are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are the various grocery stores, health food stores, restaurants and venues. The apartment itself has beautiful views in all directions.

The cozy apartment on the 2nd floor for up to 4 people, with a living space of approx. 65 square meters, has 3 rooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed (pull-out), bathroom, storage room with washing machine, guest toilet and large living and dining area) as well as a balcony with fantastic views for relaxing evenings. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Welcome to our charming top floor apartment with balcony! The lovingly renovated, listed former barn can accommodate 9-10 people. Each room has its own sink. A seminar room (last photos) can be booked on request (information at Eutopia Schopfheim). The train stop "Schlattholz Schopfheim" is just 5 minutes away. Basel (35 min) and Freiburg (60 min) are within easy reach and offer great destinations. An elevator is available.
