The Aich – Sova Suite

Perfect mountain idyll in a perfect ambience. The Sova Suite offers tranquillity and creates new energy. This 65 m² apartment provides space for up to 4 people and convinces with its tasteful, modern interior with clean lines and pure elegance. The suite impresses with its excellent equipment: Two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds ensure restful nights, while two bathrooms make morning routines easier. A private sauna is also part of the apartment and increases the feel-good factor.

ALOHA - Penthouse Mana with private sauna & whirlpool spa

The exclusive and 85 m² penthouse suite MANA offers you 2 separate bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with bathroom. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an additional separate toilet. In addition, the suite has a 15 m² gallery with another sleeping option for 2 people. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything to prepare meals as well as a coffee machine with capsules. The highlight of the suite is the private sauna and the whirlpool in the outdoor area.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Welcome to the GIPFEL-GLÜCK penthouse. The pinnacle of the Sunleitn Residence: 107 m² featuring an open-plan living/dining area and an impressive exposed roof truss. Fully equipped kitchen and access to the spacious terrace with a 180° mountain panorama in complete privacy. Unwind in a private Finnish reclaimed-wood sauna with mountain views. 2 bedrooms, perfect for up to 4 guests.

Apartment on the ski slope, 1 km to the golf course

The cozy apartment in the house is located directly on the ski slope. On the lower floor there is a private ski room, from which you can go directly to the Hauser Kaibling valley station in a few minutes. In summer, it is ideal for hiking, cycling or golfing. Especially suitable for couples or families, with a spacious bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Mountain Cabin with Panoramic View

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
