"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg city/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads into the granny flat invites you to linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train that takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

Vom kleinen Balkon aus blickt man in den Hof und den angrenzenden Blumengarten. Der Schlafraum verfügt über eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit (Rolladen). Alle Räume sind mit Insektenschutzgitter ausgestattet.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.
