Moderne hytte med stor terrasse og idyllisk hage

Skjoldastraumen er et idyllisk og rolig sted med mulighet for flere aktiviteter og utflukter. Stedet er nok mest kjent for sine saltvannssluser som åpnet i 1908. Saltvannsslusene er de eneste i Norge som fremdeles er i bruk. Sandstranden på Notaflåt ligger sentralt og gir bademuligheter en fin sommerdag. I nærområdet ligger også Straumen skule. Leiligheten ligger i enden av hovedgata. Kort veg til alt, men huset har likevel hage på baksiden og parkering for inntil to biler på eiendommen. Boblebad, frittstående dusj og stort kjøkken. Ett stort, dobbelt soverom og sovesofa i stua. 80 m2. Få minutters gange til sykehuset (Helse Fonna) og HVL ( høgskolen), gågata i sentrum og byens restaurantområde på kaien. Varmepumpe og peis.

Unikt, lite hus fra 1899 med plass til fem personer. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men gammelt nok til å beholde sjarmen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen.
