Leiligheten har blitt brukt som visningsleilighet for en rekke boligmagasiner, og ble presentert på god morgen Norge i lys av bærekraftig renovering. Ingen bor fast i leiligheten. Startet med utleie på Airbnb i oktober 2024. Leiligheten kan blant annet by på generøs takhøyde og unike materialvalg. Stilig og unik oppbygning. God vibe. 1-5 minutters gange til sykehuset, høyskolen og sentrum. Rolig og veldig sentral beliggenhet.

Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to late evenings. The apartment is 20 meters from the beach and the beach is open to everyone! It's a peaceful neighborhood and the people are nothing but helpful.

Dersom dere kommer med båt er det god plass til båten ved brygga. Naustet er en del av Sokn Gard (se fb) som har mange dyr dere kan besøke, og garden har 5 km tursti.
