Fully furnished, with all the appliances. Heat pump and heating. There are heating cables in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway, otherwise there are panel heaters. Internet and TV, from Altibox with various channels. The building is located by a 4-lane road, but is well shielded from traffic noise as there are noise walls set up. Washing machine can be rented for an additional fee.
