Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Haugesund Municipality

Joke Katrina's house is cozy, nicely renovated and centrally located. Nice with a garden that you have a view of from the living room, and can use when the weather is warmer. There is an older townhome that can get chilly if it is cold outside, but possibility to fire in fireplace, and use aircon, make it comfortable. It had everything we needed for a weekend at the football cup. Joke Katrina was a gracious host who gave us the option of later check out when we needed it.

We stayed here for a work trip nearby. The house was central and the host was nice and extremely quick responses! 10/10

Karen en Tor were a very friendly couple. It was a wonderful place to stay, very “hyggelig” It had everything we needed , it was well equipped. We certainly will come again to this place. We recommend it ! Greatings !

Perfect place close to the speedboat. Possibility to rent a boat. 4 double rooms on the 2nd floor. One in the basement with a private bathroom. Gold clean. Well-equipped. Service-minded hosting.

I stayed at Kjellaug’s place with two of my work colleagues for over one month as we were working nearby. It turned out to be the perfect location with everything we needed both in the house itself and in the surrounding area, which had plenty of amenities. For instance, there is a supermarket only two minutes walk from Kjellaug’s and a good bus service into Haugesund and to surrounding areas. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Kjellaug herself was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend Kjellaug’s place if you are planning on staying in the Haugesund area.

My five year old son and I really enjoyed staying in Edvard’s lovely home. The apartment was warm, very clean and tidy, and had everything you might need during your stay. The neighbours were quiet and the location was not noisy at all, which helped us both sleep very well. The town centre and shops are very nearby too. Edvard was very prompt in replying to messages and was an excellent host ☺️ Would definitely stay here during our future trips to Haugesund.

We were going to Haugesund soon to visit family. Needed a place to stay for 5 people and came across this lovely apartment in the middle of the city center! Cozy and efficient host. Everything in order and easy check out and check out. We would be happy to come back at a later date! 😊

Great apartment central, but still quiet and peaceful surroundings. A host who is very on the offer page and always responded quickly. Clear instructions on check-in and checkout. Highly recommended.

I used Airbnb for the first time on this visit to Haugesund, because of the scarcity of hotel rooms. Bjornar’s place was perfect for me as it is very close to the Aibel shipyard that I was visiting; also only a 15 minute walk across the bridge to the restaurants of central Haugesund. The loft accommodation was very clean and appeared to be newly converted/decorated. Nice views across the water to the town. The host ensured that the loft was warm on my arrival which I much appreciated. Check in was easy via a lock box and the instructions were clear. Bjornar is helpful and friendly. I have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Haugesund and would be happy to stay there again.

We had a very nice stay in Ares apartment. From living room/kitchen there is an amazing view to Smedsa Strait and aleen up towards Our Saviour's Church. Here you can sit in the window all day and watch boats that slip quietly past. The apartment is stylishly decorated, and was sparkling clean. Very good beds and a quiet neighborhood made the nights good. I will definitely try to book this apartment if I am going back to Haugesund in the future.

this hidden gem blew me away - beautiful natural light, peaceful and quiet surrounds just steps from the town center. this wonderfully habitable living space left me feeling inspired - Linn’s style is impeccable - you’ll find rustic and raw design touches, with perfectly dimmable light, big windows… it’s a great place to unwind and spend time. heated floors in the bathroom was also a very nice surprise. Linn is super cool and I can’t wait to return to haugesund!
