The house, which dates from around 1860, is a completely renovated semi-detached house on Hasseløy near Haugesund. The property has been restored in consultation with a city antiquarian and is worthy of preservation, with beautiful plants. Here you live in a peaceful but central location. Welcome to Kirkegata 167 - right in the heart of Haugesund. The apartment is attractively located in a quiet area in the upper part of the city centre. If you run a business with a lot of visitors, this is not the place! From the apartment, all the city's amenities are within walking distance. A short distance to, among other things, a grocery store, the library, Markedet shopping centre, the university college, the hospital, and hiking areas. The 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building constructed around 1899. Only a short walk to the coffee bar in the library park.

Skjelden apartment in the center of Haugesund, well suited for long-term rental, located a few minutes from the University, the hospital, the town hall, the courtroom, Aibel, the Norwegian Coastal Administration, the Police Station. Several of my clients have rented longer stays and I have received good feedback. There is 40% on monthly rent. Here's everything you need: internet, 42-inch TV, altibox, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cups and plates, pots etc. Coffee maker, kettle. Towels, beds made.

The apartment is at the end of the main street. Short distance to everything, but the house still has a garden in the back and parking for up to two cars on the property. Hot tub, freestanding shower and large kitchen. One large, double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. 80 m2. A few minutes walk to the hospital (Helse Fonna) and HVL (university), the pedestrian street in the city center and the city's restaurant area on the quay. Heat pump and fireplace.
