I had a lovely stay at this wonderful cottage. What struck me was how big and warm and cosy the rooms were. There was everything you needed for a holiday or work stay and more. It was particularly clean and tidy too. The bed was very comfy and the shower was super. I enjoyed the tables and work station in the kitchen to work on, as it was a work trip for me. There were lovely walks nearby to take doggy on and it was private and peaceful. We will certainly be back, thank you so much. Matilda and brown dog x

Lovely flat near University of Aberdeen

The place was exactly what I needed for a week. There were good kitchen utensils, a comfortable bed, a bathtub, and good wifi connection. It has everything you need to feel at home, and the neighborhood is cozy and quiet, while keeping a short distance from the city center - it is just a few minutes minutes walk from the bus stop that connects you to the city center. The neighbors were nice and friendly as well, just like everyone else in Aberdeen. I definitely recommend the place 😊

We had a great stay at this property. We did have a few issues that we needed to contact the host about which were dealt with in a professional and understanding manner and appropriate action was taken. Issues can happen but what is really pleasing is the way that these issues were dealt with and put right which for me means a lot and we are looking forward to visiting this property again soon once the relevant improvements have been made.

Stayed here for 4 nights with our three kids (12, 9 and 6). The house is lovely and spacious, with ample outdoor space for our boys to kick a football around. Aberdeen city centre is 20 minutes drive, so it's a perfect location! Small Co-Op shop 5 mins walk away for essentials and a Starbucks 2 mins drive away. A couple of things I fed back to the host already..... The clothes drawers in the bedrooms are all off their runners which makes them effectively unusable. The cutlery and plates bowls glasses etc in the kitchen all needed a good clean on arrival. We really enjoyed our stay in Blackburn! thanks.
