Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. August Rose Cottage on the Pamlico Sound

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Sea La Vie

Our family warmly invites you to experience a stay in our tiny home, Sea La Vie. Centrally located in Rodanthe, North Carolina on Hatteras Island. We hope you will find Sea La Ve to be as charming and cozy as we do. With lots of warm lighting, comfy furniture, a bonus outside shower, and private beach access it is the perfect spot to come and escape reality! The beach is located at the end of our road and can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes, but also feel free to drive.

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
