Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan

Perfect for our week long stay!

chocolocos place was amazing! it was in a really good location, across from a super market! his place was so comfy and cozy! we really enjoyed ourselves! it was such a great time! would love to stay here again in the future! Definitely book. you will not regret it! He went out of his way to treat my boyfriend and I like family! Such great vibes!

Good place and Harly a good person helpfully all the time

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

This place was awesome. Literally, one of the best AirBnBs that I have rented. The place looked just like the photos. It was clean and it felt welcoming. The host was accommodating with early check-in and was very responsive anytime I messaged her. I would highly recommend if you want to have a pleasant stay.

The place was nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and there's parking available in front of the property. The host was very polite and responsive. This place is very appropriate for 1-2 guests looking for a quiet place to stay in San Juan.

GPS may not bring you to the right spot, so be aware! Plenty of street parking across the street near the police station. The bar downstairs was very loud, but we brought headphones/earplugs so it was okay. Would not recommend for a light sleeper. The bedrooms were great with A/C but it was actually a little too cold. The blankets were warm enough though! Overall great stay!

The property was in excellent condition of cleanliness, highlighting its impeccable presentation. The house is beautiful, cozy and is located in a very quiet area, which allowed for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

I had an amazing experience staying at Julenny’s home! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The house was beautiful, well-kept, and the solar panels were a wonderful eco-friendly bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Julenny was an incredible host — communicative, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Victor and Eileen’s place was beautiful, it felt like a relaxing retreat. Communication was great any time I had a question I had a response quick! They were both very nice and sweet, my family and I definitely had a great time here. The neighborhood feels safe and it is a great location not far from everything.

I don't even know where to begin with this review! About a day or two prior to arrival, I received the most detailed message with everything I needed to know, from a video recording of how to enter the premise, to eateries and things to do around the home which helped ease all our travel anxieties. On the day of arrival, we were left in awe with how pristine the home was. The photos don't even do justice! We loved how the hosts accommodated to our children with books, toys and even a stroller! This was so big for us since we opted to leave our stroller behind to minimize the amount of baggage we had. The home provided us with everything we needed and more for our weeklong stay. As frequent visitors to the island, we cannot wait to stay again at the Villa Casona. Thank you so much Noemi and Tony for your amazing hospitality.

An amazing place to stay! all you need is here. Close to everything a great place and it's surroundings. Safe and no problem to get to it. People was very nice and gentle! Host was very communicative regarding our need or any situation. There was a power outage but we had a generator so it wasn't an issue at all. very nice place to stay just as listed and described!

We had a great time at Leon’s place. He was an amazing host and the actual space was beautiful. Perfect location for walking and enjoying the surrounding neighborhood. Felt very safe with the security on property. Would stay here again!

Great property in the perfect location for our family getaway.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

We loved our stay here, Beatrice was very responsive to whatever question or concerns that we had, definitely will returned. This place just like the photos and the xtra stuff like cooler and beach chairs was a plus .

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.

The host is super nice and super responsive. We unfortunately had a black out, totally out of her control but she kept us updated before we even knew about it ourselves and assured us she was there if we needed anything. Location is great, it’s near a super market, the beach and the pool is clean. Would recommend to a friend.
