Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Willkommen bei den Sonnenhof- Lamas ☀️🦙 Unser gemütlicher Bauwagen am Waldrand lädt zu sonnigen und entspannten Tagen ein. Ihr könnt zu zweit ( 160x200cm Doppelbett) oder auch zu dritt ( 90x200cm Einzelbett) euren Aufenthalt genießen. Auf unserem Hof können die Lamas erkundet werden, unser Wald lädt zum Wandern ein, zudem gibt es unzählige Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Wir freuen uns auf euch! p.s. Gemütliches Einfamilienhaus Nähe Frankfurt, mit großem Garten und überdachtem Außen-Sitzbereich. Haus im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte in Laufnähe: Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, etc. Pizzeria, Eisdiele und Restaurants. Im Umkreis von 5-15 KM befinden sich 3 Badeseen sowie Ausflugsziele. Flughafen und City von Frankfurt in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Hanau und Aschaffenburg in etwa 15 Minuten. Wallbox für E-Autos mit Karte. Öffentliche Sauna und Hallenbad in Laufnähe.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

City Country Castle

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a countryside vacation. If you love to be in the woods in a few minutes and warm up by the fireplace after long walks, you've come to the right place! A large living-dining room with a stylish cooking island for the evening with friends or family rounds off the day. A grand piano is available for musical guests. The apartment is very quietly located, almost on the outskirts of the village, with beautiful distant views of the hills and the Ronneburg.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

On more than 110 sqm the guest can expect a spacious dining area, 2 cozy bedrooms with large double bed, a sunny kitchen, a daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Our large living room invites you to linger on the large sofa. The terrace with a small garden offers additional space and in the evening you sit there and enjoy the last ray of sunshine and let the day end. Frankfurt airport: 28km, Frankfurt fair 37km.

Small 2 bedroom apartment

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

In the heart of the beautiful Oberrodenbach is our cozy apartment in the attic. Less than 50 meters away is a bakery with delicious baked goods as well as various food and household goods. Large stores such as Rewe or Norma are only 3 kilometers away and can be easily reached by car or bus - the bus stop is right next to the apartment. Frankfurt is directly accessible by train in the neighboring village (a few km).

The apartment is conveniently and quietly located in the Main-Kinzig district. Langenselbold train station is about 5 km away with connections to Frankfurt and Fulda. Frankfurt can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by highway or train. Right nearby there is nature, idyllic fields and Spessart hiking trails for walks or bike rides.
