Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Erlebt die Schönheit der Ländlichkeit Norddeutschlands. Natur - Himmel - Wind - und die Ostsee ist nicht weit. Individuelle Ferienwohnung auf Resthof mit Ponys, 2 Ouessant-Schafen, Hund und glücklichen Hühnern. Unser Hof liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Leider schließt Ende 2025 die Bäckerei, die man von uns aus zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Im 3 km entfernten Ort Sterup wird es ab Anfang 2026 die Filiale einer Bio-Bäckerei geben! Ein kleiner Trost...
