The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. This log cabin is a perfect delicate balance between modern comfort and immersion in the heart of nature. Equipped with a queen size bed of 160 x 200 cm. Crossing light with forest view and pond view. A small refrigerator, combination oven, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this log cabin. To relax, you can slip into your semi-underground Nordic bath on your terrace.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
