You want to meet up with your family or friends again. Then this large beautiful vacation home with a large garden is just the thing for you! It is 250 m² of comfort and has been completely restored, renovated, modernly furnished and lovingly decorated by us. Our vacation home has 3 floors (ground floor, 1st floor, top floor). It has a total of 10 bedrooms. Furthermore, it has 4 bathrooms as follows: 3 x shower bathrooms with toilet, 1 x shower bathroom without toilet and 2 x guest toilet.

The historic staff house of the Rittergut is very conveniently located: 2 minutes from the exit of the A7 Nörten-Hardenberg as well as directly on the Leine bike path. The apartment is about 85 square meters, has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single), a large living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven, as well as a shower room with washing machine. On the doorstep, our guests will find a seat with a parasol. The neighborhood is rustic.

In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, the Iberg Dripstone Cave, the Weltwald, the Hübichenstein, two cafes, museums and much more. Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Braunlage! With a lot of love, it has been renovated by my husband and I in 2018. The house has 2 floors and a full cellar with separate entrance and a possibility to store skis, bicycles etc. The bunk beds on the first floor can also be used by adults, as they are 90x200 m tall. We hope you will feel comfortable here!
