The house has been completely renovated and gutted in 2024 and has air conditioning for summer and winter Since we have 2 children ourselves and live in the second apartment, we make sure that your children are thought of. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
