We would like to welcome you to our cosy holiday apartment in the village of Pleißa, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city centre can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. It is located in a quiet residential area, directly next to a small forest. In addition, it offers convenient transport connections to the A72 and A4 highways, which can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The property is centrally located. Shops are located in the immediate Proximity. The apartment has an open chef - and Living area and, like photos, is complete furnished. A balcony is there. Located in the middle of Limbach-O.. Close to Kaufland and special price tree market. The bus station is in very close. Very easy to reach via the A 4 and A 72.

Large apartment not far from Chemnitz

The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.

Holidays on the green outskirts of the city

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Chemnitz and explore the city and the beautiful surroundings from here. The apartment is nicely spacious for two people, but three or four people can also sleep comfortably thanks to the pull-out sofa bed.
