The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. We would like to welcome you to our cosy holiday apartment in the village of Pleißa, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city centre can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
