Quiet Eifel Escape, overlooking the valley

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. Our House: ruim 200m2 woonplezier Rustig gelegen woonhuis aan de rand van Sevenig. Slechts 3 km van het drielandenpunt met Luxemburg en België aan het prachtige Ourdal. Het huis heeft een grote woonkamer met houtkachel en een ruime volledig ingerichte eetkeuken. Grote relax en sportruimte met sauna, tafeltennistafel, pooltafel, dartbord en volop bordspellen, en een sjoelbak en televisie plus wifi. Ervaar de rust van het Naturpark Südeifel en het huis met zijn vele extra's.

It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Das Blaue Haus, Eschfeld, de Eifel

Unique modernist villa in small village in nature park de Eifel, with spacious garden (2000 m2). For anyone who loves hiking, biking, horse riding or just relaxing. Fully equipped. Infrared sauna, table tennis table, WiFi, satellite TV. Ideal starting point to explore the Eifel further. Suitable for 8 people. 10 min. from Dreiländer Ecke (Du-Lux-Be), Liège, Trier at 60 minutes drive. Winter skiing at the Schwartzer Mann at just 20 minutes by car.

Hiking/biking paradise

The house is suitable for couples and families (with children) and is located in the middle of the quiet village. Nearby, there is a castle (The castle of Reuland is one of the most beautiful and largest ruins of the Ardennes) and the St. Stephen's Church to visit. You can hike (hiking trails available) and bike in nature. Bicycles can be rented from the tourist office in the village. In the snow, you can go cross-country skiing in Rodt.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Le Vert Paysage (adults-only)

Le Vert Paysage (adults only) is an independent cottage combining charm and modernity located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, close to the town of Malmedy. This is the perfect place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. We hope that our guests will feel at home and take full advantage of all that our beautiful region has to offer.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
