Finn's Frolic is our charming, new country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

Our home is nestled in the sleepy town of Dayton, VA, one of the most quaint and historic towns in the valley. Massanutten Resort and Shenandoah National Park are an easy 25 minute Drive away. From this home, you will be in close proximity to great restaurants, wineries, breweries and many outdoor activities.

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

There are plenty of exciting adventures here in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley including, hiking, wineries, shopping, and lots of good food.

This peaceful and centrally-located place welcomes up to 4 guest. It is a two bedroom private apartment with parking for two cars at your door. It is in the lower level of our home which we have enjoyed caring for over the last 34 years. Close to downtown Harrisonburg, JMU and EMU. Eat in kitchen with comfortable seating in living room. No pets or smoking. Enjoy spending time roaming gardens and enjoying outdoor spaces.
