This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

We had a great time at this place. Everything was as described, easy to find and super clean and nice. We used the free parking as he listed without any problems. Easy walk to the Capitol, Walnut street pedestrian bridge, and Roxy’s for breakfast. We enjoyed a tour of the beautiful Capitol, visited the Civil War Museum and Hershey Park! Had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend!

One of, if not *the*, best Airbnbs labeled as a "Hostel" I've ever stayed in. Clean room, didn't feel worn down, and had some very nice touches. The light switch on the wall for the bunk bed was unexpected and wonderful. Other "hostel" type Airbnbs have been smelly, run down, and had tenants that didn't respect the space - Not the case here on my visit! Two notes (first is just a thought, second is some critique) - this room is quite small. It appears to be a converted laundry room, so the bunk bed takes up about 3/4 of the space, not a lot of room to move. I had no issues though! Ventilation in the room could be better. There is a door that leads outside that I cracked to get some airflow.

Marsalis was a fantastic host and his home was lovely! The space is well taken care of, nicely furnished, and the attention to detail is exceptional. Marsalis had clear communication about everything and my stay was exceptional. The neighborhood is also truly gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful experience.
