The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Die Wohnung liegt im ländlichen Hamburg Ochsenwerder in einem 100 jährigen Einfamilienhaus. In 200 m Entfernung fährt der Bus in ca.31 min in die City (auch nachts). Eure Gastgeber haben einen Teenager Sohn und wohnen über Euch. Die Einrichtung wurde im shabby chic Look gestaltet, es wurden zum Beispiel Treibhölzer aus der Elbe als Regale verwendet. Die Elbe ist 400 Meter entfernt. Deckenhöhe in der gesamten Wohnung ist 2,10 Meter!!! Radfahrer willkommen.

You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
