496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

The U-Bahn is only 150 m away and takes you to the shopping district, the town hall or the harbour in just a few minutes. We have free parking right outside the door. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guests, are preserved. The studio is very central, so everything can be reached in minutes.
