Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

This spot was wonderful, great location, amazing views, back porch over looking water, dock close by to sit out over water, just a few steps away from the club house. The house was very clean, well stocked and very functional. I would rent again if I visit the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Allison answered any questions we had. The house had so many things to make it a comfortable stay. We loved having a pool at the house for our five month old, and the beach toys they had in the downstairs living space was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Almost Frippin Heaven was absolutely beautiful in every aspect! It felt like home from the first moment we arrived. Fripp Island is also simply beautiful and stress will not find you! It was a perfect vacation place for our family! Can’t wait to return!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

When we walked into the octagon treehouse, we couldn’t stop squealing, “how cool is this?!” Kim’s home is one of the most fun and interesting stays we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. Kim and her family obviously have natural talent for hosting because the house was perfectly furnished with practical, comfortable and beautiful furniture and amenities, which made us feel at home right away. I can’t say enough nice things about our stay. It was wonderful from top to bottom thanks in large part to Kim’s recommendations and beautiful home. FYI, our young kids were obsessed with this house. We hope to be back again!

This was our first time visiting the SC Low Country area and islands. Fripp Island was very peaceful, full of lush nature and wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Fripp and exploring the area! Morning sunrises on the beach and evening sunsets over the marsh were spectacular! The pool was very nice and just a very short walk from the house. The golf cart made it very nice to get around the island and to the beach. Several days we picked up fresh shrimp and grilled fish and vegetables for dinner. Relaxing on the deck with morning coffee or an evening beverage was lovely. Three full bathrooms and bedrooms made for plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. The place felt very clean when we arrived. It would have been nice to have some pool or beach towels available along with basics toiletries/laundry detergent however, we had read previous reviews and were mostly prepared. Stores are not too far away for anything forgotten. We enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved the food and champagne. Things like that stand out, because we were tired when we got in from the long drive and knew we could relax in with the breakfast there instead of having to go buy something. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

Beautiful surroundings! My family had a wonderful time. The added golf cart was a bonus. The bungalow was clean and kept up. However there was some damage from a prior renter to the lower bathroom that Ingrid was planning on fixing.

Thanks for a great place to stay for our trip to Hunting Island. The cottage is conveniently located to the island and the visitor pass was an added bonus. We really enjoyed Seaside Bar & Grill, very good food, reasonable prices and less than a mile from the cottage. I appreciate your quick replies to all my questions. We would stay there again if we come back to the area.

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

Felt just like home ! Would definitely come back to this house in the future. 10/10

Spent memorial weekend at the Mudminnow with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. The house was honestly perfect for the long weekend. Very clean, comfortable furniture, everything in the kitchen we needed, and great A/C. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes at the 4 and 5 year old's pace. Got rained out of the beach on day one so we were trapped in the house which is not always great with a bunch of young kids but we hung out on the porch and played games and listened to music. The outdoor shower was really nice for post beach washdown, the beach cart and chairs came in real handy as well as the grill for memorial day steaks. Tyler, the host, was very timely in reaching out to make sure we were covered during the stay. Honestly one of the best stays we've had at an airbnb. Great location, great house, great host.

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

My family of 3 and pup had a wonderful stay. Alli’s attention to detail with the cleanliness, decor, and quality linens matched the photos. You’ll feel right at home with this incredibly well stocked home. The coffee shop was a two minute walk and beach even closer. This is truly an Airbnb gem!

Wonderfully decorated house in a quiet area looking at the wide open marsh. Our family of five (us and our three adult sons) couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few days together. The included golf card made it supper easy to get to any of the beaches on the island. Looking at the sunset over the march from the porch was priceless and the eclectic artsy decorative theme was a constant source of joy. Highly recommended.

What a fun little home! Great outdoor spaces! The space is small but everything is thoughtfully laid out and does not feel crammed at all. Our trip was 3 adults and very active 4 year old and we had a great time! Jeana was super responsive and had great communication the whole time. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach gear was definitely an added bonus!

The house and the surrounding areas were gorgeous. Extremely nice and quaint. The accommodations were excellent, and the interior design of the place was spot on. The family and I went for walks and really felt immersed in the local culture. We ate at local restaurants, and walked around the nature preserve. I highly recommend staying at this property because it was everything and more Liz is an extremely accommodating host, and I will definitely bring the family back!

We loved our stay at Seascape! The house was adorable and within walking distance to the beach. It was very peaceful, the road wasn’t busy and we saw deer in the yard almost everyday. It was a great distance to local restaurants, it was just what we needed for the week!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!
