The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! I will update pics soon! This very clean condo is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We fell in love with the South Harbor Island neighborhood!! Roy’s house was in the best location and really felt like a second home! The bed was super comfortable and we loved wine on the front porch. The oak-lined street made for perfect pre-dinner photos. We took the provided bikes and beach chairs to the beach twice - about a 5 minute ride and super easy. Our dog loved the neighborhood and fenced backyard. Per the host’s recommendation, we grabbed dinner in DT Wilmington at one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. We rented for a long weekend - I think since we didn’t rent longer (like a week), the price per night was a little expensive for only 2 people but the house could definitely fit 4 more.
