At first glance, we were worried about the neighborhood. After we got settled in, it was very quiet. No Problems at all. The little duplex is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the beaches without breaking the bank. It's an older home but has been renovated to be nice. It is definitely worth the price. Chayris is very proactive and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at this place! Beautiful home with lots of great amenities. Host was very responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. The hot tub and pool were the absolute favorite part of our stay.

Steve & Boyd were very responsive, any questions we had were answered within 15-30 minutes. The area is nice and quiet, and the privacy provided by the large fenced in yard around the pool area was great. The home fit our group of 10 well, and we had room for more. The pool area was beautiful and the highlight of the home for our group. The location is 15-20 minutes to beaches and great restaurants. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking to spend time around the pool, visit the beach, or check out the local area. We will definitely look to stay at this property or another one of Steve & Boyd’s if we are in the Tampa Bay Area again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Samantha and Micaela are exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. From booking to checkout, they were consistently responsive and friendly. The property is ideally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the beach. The scenic drive is well worth it! The house is beautifully lit, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like home. It’s the perfect beach cottage. We especially enjoyed the backyard, where you can grill, relax by the fire pit, or unwind in the hammock. We ended up spending more time at the house than exploring the area! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Clearwater Beach area. Thank you, Samantha and Micaela, for an unforgettable stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door as the property looked even better than the pictures which usually isn’t the case. Everything was spotless! Austin was very responsive with questions which gave us peace of mind. With the heated pool and putting green, it was the perfect house to host my family from out of state!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb, the place was as described, very clean, nicely decorated and fully equiped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, private and quiet for a good night rest but close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants and beaches. The check-in was very easy and the host made herself available in case anything was needed. I would recommend to others looking for a convenient place to stay.

Great airbnb for families. We had 2 small ones with us and they had all amenities we needed- pack n play (even sheets!), kids toy (for inside and for the beach), and high chair. Love the open living room to kitchen area. About 15mins drive to clearwater beach, so we were away from crazy touristy area, but still close enough for us to enjoy beach every day.

Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! This was our second stay in the same unit and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is clean, well furnished, and comfy. The location is fantastic (great beach access) and the pool is great fun with the kids. Mike and Alex are great hosts- very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We are so glad that we found this spot! We look forward to visiting again!

Alise was very responsive and friendly. The house was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area with all the beaches nearby. There's a gas station and a Publix just a short drive away—great location and a great host!

We stayed for 10 nights, visiting family. It was nice to have a nice place to cook our meals and have some private, quiet time. being 7 months pregnant this place was perfect for a quick baby moon! the beach is just a walk across the street, plenty of restaurants less than a 5 minute drive and had everything we needed for the beach as well.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent experience throughout the entire time. Had beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Really appreciated being able to use these items. Place was immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location to the beach is perfect. It was an easy walk that only took minutes. There is a crosswalk right at the beach access that makes crossing the street easy and safe. We were a family of three and had plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were one of the reasons we chose this place since we were flying in and couldn’t bring our own. All the beach accessories were in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We ate dinner out at Crabby Bill’s, Caddy’s and the Bamboo Beach Bar. All were wonderful and just a short drive. I definitely recommend this condo and will stay again if in Indian Shores.

I will recommend this book to anyone and I will be happy to come back to this area
