Monthly Rentals in Hantan River

The outside was a lot of weeds and looked shabby, but it was really clean and beautiful inside. The owners kindly guided me directly. There were board games such as Hwatu and Halligali, and the microphone was set, so I was able to use it like a karaoke room. It was really nice to have plenty of towels. A family of five came and my parents were satisfied, and I was able to have a good time ~

The yard was spacious, so it was nice to enjoy the space, and the yard landscape was beautiful. The house was close to the size of a townhouse, but everything was well organized, so it was comfortable to stay. For reference, there is a gap between the door pillar and the wall on the side of the house gate, so small dogs can escape through the gap. Please note if you are bringing a dog~

I chose a place to stay for my brother who is serving in the 5th Division. This is my second time staying out, and the location is better than the last accommodation, and the quality of the accommodation is much better than the price. You can walk from the Hangan River Neighborhood Park to the grocery store and restaurants, and it's quiet at night because it's a residential area. It was a room where I felt that the host paid a lot of attention to the accommodation in many ways. The bathroom was large and spacious, so it was comfortable to wash, and even the disposable toothbrush was soft and good, so I don't think I would have felt uncomfortable even if I had visited with my bare body! There was a mobile phone charger in the bedroom, and the kitchen was quite large and spacious, so it was really nice to cook simply! If I had to point out one thing that was unfortunate, it was that there was no separate parking lot, but it seemed like the neighborhood's tacit rule was to park in front of the house! So, during my stay, I was able to use it without any inconvenience, such as a call to take out the car. The hosts are quick to respond and are really kind! If my younger sibling has a leave next time, I definitely want to visit this accommodation again!

If you don't mind living somewhat far from Seoul, this place is for you. It's very spacious, comfortable, modern, in an excellent area, with many very good restaurants and cafes around, close to parks for walking. The host's attention was exemplary.
