Monthly Rentals in Hanioti Beach

We had a great stay at Ευθυμιοσ’s place. It has two lovely balconies that are even better in person than in the pictures. Ευθυμιοσ was very helpful with instructions and friendly and relaxed in our interactions. The beach is very close and was perfect for what we needed. All the amenities were great and the shower was good too. Great stay, thank you!

Very well located apartment, close to shop and main road, yet a few hundred meters to the beach. Clean and cool on hot days. Quiet and two terraces. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

We had a great week in a magical place and a super cozy home that felt like our own “summer home”. Marianna is an exceptional host. She has thought about every single detail to make her guests feel comfortable. She has an amazing home and we feel lucky to have chosen her place for our holidays. Communication with Ioannis both in advance and during the stay was always great. The apartment looks like the pictures, but in the bathroom there is no longer a shower curtain, but a shower cubicle and a newer floor - so better. Washing machine available. In the kitchen there is also everything. The apartment was totally clean, the balcony doors are a bit stiff. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, we loved just looking at the sea. The beach and the sea in front of the apartment are great. The apartment complex has an outdoor shower - great! The complex is very well maintained. For us, the mattress was a little too hard. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience and would book it again.
