Welcome to Tönnhausen, a small suburb of Winsen (Luhe). A modernly furnished 60m² two-room apartment awaits you, offering easy access. The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. The kitchen has a small seating area for two people. The best way to reach us is by car, which you can park free of charge in front of our property. We look forward to your visit.

Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Die Buslinie 5005 fährt quasi direkt vor der Tür ab. Über einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die Whg. Zu der Whg. gehört eine komplett ausgestattet Küche, ein Dusch-WC, ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, TV und WLAN stehen zur Verfügung.
