Holiday rentals with beach access in Hampton Bays

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in late May. The complimentary beach pass parking is nice, would love to have been here in the summertime. Cozy bed and very clean place. TV has all the apps. Food in the area was a bit hit or miss but I suppose it is the Hamptons.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

Bridget was very welcoming and a great host! This was one of the best stays we have had in an AirBnB and were amazed at all the thoughtful extras on hand. From the handwritten welcome note and snacks to the “if you forgot” like extra toothbrushes. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this space again.

We had a lovely stay at Karine’s cute house! The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, beds were super comfortable, and the big wood-burning fireplace was excellent! We appreciated all the cool artwork around the house, and Karine’s wonderful photography book! We got to enjoy lots of bird life, and we were lucky to have a bit of snow. What a beautiful and peaceful spot. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and lovely big deck and yard!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It felt warm and cozy from the minute we walked in. Marla was kind enough to let us check in early, which allowed us to get the most of our first day in the Hamptons. She responds very quickly when you reach out. The location was perfect. It is very close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, plenty of room and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this home!

Andrea’s home is incredible and pristine! Not only is this one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, but the view is something you cannot beat. Andrea is a fantastic host and is super responsive. You can tell she truly cares about the home and wants you to enjoy your stay. She provides incredible amenities and keeps the house very well stocked. I would recommend this place 10x over to anyone thinking about it!

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

I booked Jennifer’s listing for a girl’s weekend getaway with my friends and she went above and beyond with her communication, recommendations, and hospitality. She was quick to answer any questions I had and her house was beautiful, remote, and peaceful. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we still were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard and heated pool, and the house was spacious enough for all 8 of us to stay comfortably! Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

The Beach Plumb was lovely! Everything was as advertised. The distance to town and the beach, the spacious layout, and the amenities are among the things that made our stay great

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Great stay for a quick weekend getaway! Highly recommend as you are right by the beach, Montauk's downtown, and have access to a pool area.

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. There was a slight hiccup with check-in times but Julie was very communicative and sorted it out promptly. The place itself was great, beautiful waterfront views and a private beach. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made the most of it. The apartment was compact but big enough for 4 adults.

Great retreat for a long weekend. Enough space for family of four. Easy access to everything in the Greenport area. Mia was very responsive, and the place was great. We would stay here again!

While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.
