This beautiful Hamptons beachfront home is right on Shinnecock bay with your own sandy beach right in the backyard! Relax with your toes in the sand or go for a swim. My place is also within walking distance to one of the Hamptons best waterfront restaurants- so no worries about having a drink and getting home. Breezy Waterfront Home With private Dock

This charming waterfront home is the ideal getaway for the active family with the Hamptons' largest natural 'saline pool' (the Peconic Bay) just footsteps away. This home easily sleeps 7 - with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate kids' sleeping cabins. You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
