This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Located by Ironclad Golf Course and a short drive to Topsail Island or Wilmington, this space is close to everything you want to do. There is a walking path nearby that leads to a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
