A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Cyril lives above the airbnb unit and came down for a short chat. Very kind and accommodating. Though out in the country a bit, it's about a 20 minute drive into downtown Halifax. Very comfortable and cozy. After you turn into the final street, the stone driveway is immediately to the right, a few feet from the corner. You park just a few feet in from the road and take your things up the driveway to the back door. Highly recommend visiting the Pier 21 Immigration Museum and the Brooklyn Warehouse Restaurant in Halifax.

We had an out of town worker who needed a spot to stay due to the hotel he was staying at was booked for the weekend. He said the Airbnb was great, had everything he needed and was in a great location. The host was quick to answer and it was a great experience overall. He also requested to stay there instead of the hotel next time he is in town.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay for the weekend and we definitely found that not only was it affordable it was very clean and peaceful, as well as it was a very nice home. The host was very helpful and told us if we needed anything at all to reach out anytime, we would definitely stay there again if we ever plan on visiting Halifax again in the future!
